What to expect
If you’ve not had therapy or coaching before, not knowing what to expect can be a bit nerve-racking.
Our first contact might be via a text message, email or phone call. I can guarantee you a warm and empathic welcome. We’ll arrange a date and time when we can meet virtually for your first, free of charge session.
I work exclusively on-line (listen to the video to find out why), so once we’ve agreed on a date and time, I’ll send you a zoom link.
On the day, you’ll receive an encouraging reminder, and know that I’ll be super excited to meet you and hear your story.
This free session of 60 minutes gives you time to decide whether I am your person. You can bring anything you like to the session and you will be given time to explore and, maybe, make some changes in your relationship with it.
Towards the end, we will explore whether we are a ‘good match’ for each other, your expectations and what working together might look like.
